LifeologyAZ, Inc. ("Lifeology AZ," "we," "us," or "our") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Phoenix, Arizona, dedicated to ending youth homelessness. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. Information you provide to us. When you complete a form, make a donation, sign up to volunteer or partner, or contact us, we may collect:

Donation information. Online donations are processed by a secure third-party payment processor [PayPal]. Lifeology AZ does not store your full credit card or bank account numbers on our systems.

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. Youth Seeking Help

This Site is not an emergency service. If you are a young person in crisis, you do not need to fill out a form on this website to get help. Text SAFE and your location to 4HELP (44357), call the National Safe Place Hotline at 1-888-290-7233, or visit any Safe Place location. If you are in immediate danger, call 911.

Information about youth who receive services from Lifeology AZ is kept confidential and is handled in accordance with applicable federal and state confidentiality requirements. Program records are not collected through or stored on this public website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to your inquiries and requests

Process donations and send tax receipts and acknowledgments

Coordinate volunteer and partnership opportunities

Send updates, newsletters, event invitations, and information about our mission (you may opt out at any time)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages on our behalf.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, including donor information, to anyone. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lifeology AZ, the youth we serve, or others.
