At Lifeology AZ, we believe every young person deserves more than a safe place to stay—they deserve the opportunity to build a future filled with hope, stability, and purpose. Through housing, workforce development, crisis response, and community partnerships, we walk alongside youth and young adults as they move from crisis to independence.

National Safe Place

As the National Safe Place lead agency for Maricopa County, Lifeology connects youth in crisis to immediate safety through a trusted network of Safe Place locations and trained responders, ensuring they have access to shelter, resources, and caring adults when they need them most.

Emergency Youth Shelter

Our federally funded Runaway and Homeless Youth Basic Center Program provides up to 21 days of emergency shelter and supportive services for youth ages 14–17 experiencing homelessness, family conflict, or unsafe living situations. During their stay, youth receive a safe, nurturing environment, individualized case management, crisis intervention, life-skills support, and family reunification services when appropriate. Our focus is on helping each young person stabilize, develop a personalized plan, and take the next step toward long-term safety and success.

Shared Transitional Housing

For young adults ages 18–23, Lifeology offers shared transitional housing that provides more than a roof overhead. Residents receive individualized case management, life-skills coaching, housing stability support, and connections to education, employment, and community resources as they prepare for independent living.

Workforce Development

Economic independence is key to long-term stability. Through workforce readiness, paid work experiences, career exploration, internships, employer partnerships, and education pathways, we help young people gain the skills and confidence needed to secure meaningful employment and build lasting careers.

Life Skills & Supportive Services

Our holistic approach equips youth with practical tools for adulthood, including financial literacy, budgeting, healthy relationships, communication, transportation planning, educational support, behavioral health referrals, and goal setting. Every service is designed to strengthen resilience and foster lifelong success.

Basic Center Program

Emergency Shelter & Support for Youth

If you're a young person in crisis or know someone who is, we are here to help. Our program provides safe emergency shelter, healthy meals, and basic needs alongside caring counseling and family support. Whether you need a place to stay or someone to talk to, we offer a warm, reassuring environment to help you find your way forward.

Referral Process

Youth and community members can access services through QuikTrip or any other Safe Place Site. We ensure a safe, immediate response for those in need of emergency assistance or shelter.
