Welcome to lifeologyaz.org (the "Site"), operated by LifeologyAZ, Inc. ("Lifeology AZ," "we," "us," or "our"), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (Tax ID: 84-3468961). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides information about Lifeology AZ's mission, programs, and ways to support our work. The Site is not an emergency or crisis service. 2. Donations

All donations are voluntary and are made to support the charitable mission of Lifeology AZ.

Lifeology AZ is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor regarding your specific situation.

Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within [30] days and we will review your request.

We make every effort to honor donor-designated gifts. Lifeology AZ reserves the right to direct contributions to the area of greatest need if a designated program is fully funded or no longer available.

Online payments are processed by a third-party payment processor and are subject to that processor's terms.

3. Amazon Wish List

Purchases made through our Amazon Wish List are completed on Amazon.com and are governed by Amazon's terms, policies, and return procedures. Lifeology AZ is not responsible for orders, shipping, or transactions processed by Amazon.

4. Volunteers and Partners

Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not guarantee a volunteer placement or partnership. Because we serve vulnerable youth, volunteers and partners who work directly with youth may be required to complete an application, background check, fingerprint clearance, training, and/or a separate written agreement before participating.

5. Communications

By submitting your contact information through the Site, you agree that Lifeology AZ may contact you by email and, if you have provided consent, by phone or text message regarding your inquiry and our work. You may opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose

Submit false or misleading information

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

Interfere with the Site's operation, including by introducing viruses or malicious code

Harass, threaten, or harm Lifeology AZ staff, volunteers, partners, or the youth we serve

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, logos, graphics, photographs, and videos, is owned by or licensed to Lifeology AZ and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes that support our mission, provided you credit Lifeology AZ. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without our prior written permission. Photographs and stories of youth are shared with permission and may not be reused for any purpose.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Lifeology AZ does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lifeology AZ and its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lifeology AZ and its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
